Excuse my first post in Taverns...it will be getting to more of Shrew's backstory as to how he both got that name and how he became President (something I've never written about before!) but first I realized I should settle the matter of where he has been for the last few years.

Also it's been a long time since I've written fiction, so this first post is a little jumbled as I get back into the swing of it.

I really missed it though, can't wait to get fired up and see what everyone else brings to the table.

I honestly can't wait to see if you can resolve the various stories of the assorted clones of President Shrew myself. Stick with it lad, it should be fun!

Fantastic, I've brought the Kaiser into the tavern and written the President into the frame story. Continue your narrative as you will, and of course, others may join all around us as they will (I hope).

Most assuredly sir! I couldn't quite remember if Shrew had a straight blade or a katana, so I left it vague for you to fill in if you feel a need. Smile

My Thread War/Fantasy roleplaying half-Demon Shrew carries a Katana.

President Shrew, while knowledgeable with swords to a degree, isn't as versed in the arts of Japanese sword play as warrior Shrew is...

They share a name but different tastes for combat! I'll give it some thought. I'm sure there's a story there.

There's been an edit to my post to make it easier for someone other than Laskon to bring themselves into the bar and our narrative. Do please try to give a quick nod to the tavern itself in your posts - even if you basically ignore everyone present, just place yourself there and leave something for someone else to play off of. Even if we wind up telling individual stories to Sam overtop of one another - he's a man of many talents, that bit of continuity is nothing to worry about Idea
