Something I've noticed is that these nations moving here aren't newly founded nations, which leads me to believe they are here for their own reasons since none of them have even posted a hello on the RMB...never the less, I do believe that either the founder or DS should send all new nations a welcoming TG. It's a lot more personal. Brand new nations will appreciate this a lot methinks. _________________

I have already been doing so.
I also have been focussing my recruitment on newly registered WA members not new nations entirely. _________________ - A gem is not polished without rubbing, nor a man perfected without trials- |

All of the nations that have arrived in TYW as a result of recruitment have been from either Lazarus or TRR. Those from Lazarus have all ceased to exist, and had all been inactive for a month or more. The one nation from TRR arrived there after being kicked out of a region with a strict activity rule of just 14 days... said nation was kicked on day 15, and joined us four or five days later. None of these nations have been active since moving to TYW, and none have applied for WA membership.
The only conclusions I can draw from this is A. They are relatively inactive, non serious players who log in only once every couple of weeks, or B. They are puppets of nations being kept here for no apparent reason other than convenience.
Either way, I don't foresee any threat from them while they remain inactive, and while they are here they do at least boost our nation count by a couple more. Keep recruiting and we should get some more active players as well. _________________

I think at this time we need to know who is doing what and what to what extent.
I am going around with Le souls across the feeder regions and warzones. Myself and TYW recruiter seems to be covering them every other day between us both.
I also send out atleast 10 teelegrams on Le souls and 10 on DS?
Whats everyone else doing?
If my efforts need to be more to keep up with everyone else i will do so. _________________ - A gem is not polished without rubbing, nor a man perfected without trials- |

I am taking the TYW recruiter out pretty much everyday except for the few days I didn't have time because of work. What I've been doing:
Targeting newly founded regions in all the Pacifics (5-6 per Pacific) (25-30 tg's total)
Moving into Lazarus and posting on their RMB,
Moving through The WZ's every now and then just to stir things up,
And moving back home through The RR but not posting or sending Tg's there since it's a waste of time - but they DO get to see our name fly by. _________________

Good work. I've been sending TGs to any newly created nations in the pacifics when ever I'm on. As TGs can be sent without moving region, I haven't bothered with moving my nation or posting on region boards.
I have however been tracking down a number of former TYW members who still have nations active, or are online elsewhere and passing on the good news. A couple have already turned up on facebook or replied in game. I will keep working on that to get them here. It seems that some people are still having difficulty registering on the forum... not sure why. _________________

What sort of problems?
Everminds and Mexhico found their way here without any issues. _________________ - A gem is not polished without rubbing, nor a man perfected without trials- |

The recruitment message you wrote Sir Lans is working well. I have recruited 4 new nations with it this afternoon and recommend that we keep it. _________________ - A gem is not polished without rubbing, nor a man perfected without trials- |

Good work... any chance someone could send it to me on NS, as the one I've been writing out each time seems to have no effect at all. _________________
