Today official recognition was made of a detente relationship between Scrivneria and the collection of nations known as the Commonwealth. The policy details are not final, but both our Kaiser, and the soon-to-be Great Leader of The Commonwealth issued public goodwill statements from the new Imperial Palace.

It remains to be seen if the Kaiser's efforts toward international diplomacy have had any impact beyond this formalization a long-standing non-aggression with The Commonwealth. Many expected ally nations, including the membership of the Knights of Light treaty organization failed to give any response to the Kaiser's very formal invitation to polite supper in celebration of the rebuilt palace.

Could we be witnessing the beginning of a less Kaiser influenced Youngworld? What will that mean for Scrivneria's security?

Rumored activity at the conference includes the Crown Prince sitting in for the Kaiser at the negotiation table. Could we be seeing the beginnings of a regime change?
