Yes no problem i will send it across to you now. I also need to take a leave of absence from tuesday this week untill friday i think in that time it would be in the regions best interests for you to take my place. What do you think?

You're a difficult person to replace DS, but I'll do my best to keep up with recruitment. A few days isn't long, so theres no need to step down from the Delegate's post... will hold the fort though until you return. Are you off to anything fun?

Nothing in particular i will be on most of monday from very early morning so if anything is needed at that time i can sort it. I just have work thats causing me to be away from home.

It work's, i find i get more responces from nations who have just applied for WA membership or just been admitted.

I have decided that to encourage recruitment, a series of modest Monthly targets should be set to achieve results.

Therefore, for February 2012, the following targets have been set.

Regional:

The region as a whole should aim to:
- Convince 5 new nations to move to TYW on NationStates
- Convince 1 new nation to register on TYW Forum

Individual:

Each individual member nation should aim to:
- Convince 1 new nation to move to TYW on NationStates

The incentive is that new members will bring more activity to The YoungWorld, and help make the region more enjoyable for all. If these targets are met, then more nations will be capable of recruiting, and therefore it will be easier to meet future tagets. Failier to meet these targets will not be appreciated.

These targets are not difficult to achieve if every member participates!
